CO2 Laser

A carbon dioxide (CO2) laser is a high-powered laser that is used in a variety of applications, including skin resurfacing, eye and tissue surgery, and welding: 

• Skin resurfacing: CO2 lasers can treat a number of skin conditions, including wrinkles, scars, birthmarks, and enlarged oil glands on the nose. They work by removing thin layers of skin with minimal damage to the surrounding tissue. CO2 lasers can also help with acne scarring by stimulating collagen production and reducing the prominence of the scar.
• Eye and tissue surgery: CO2 lasers are used in eye and tissue surgery.
• Welding: CO2 lasers are used for welding.
• Cutting: CO2 lasers are used for cutting.
• Heat treatment: CO2 lasers are used for heat treatment of materials.
